RoundBuy Online Service User Register.

(4) The purpose of the Register

The person using the RoundBuy online marketplace service, is a registered User, with a membership plan, or the person has been using the RoundBuy Service otherwise either buying, selling, renting or otherwise offered services through the Service platform. Additional information in regards the data collected can be found from the Privacy Statement, which can be found from the web site.

(5) Intended Use of the Register

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• for communication with registered users and other users of the RoundBuy service and for

  managing other relevant contacts

• for managing and developing contacts

• for the implementation of the service

• for marketing and other purposes such as statistical research and analysis

• for the development and planning of the RoundBuy business

• for arrangement of customer and user communication

  RoundBuy, has the right to use the registered information for purposes such as advertising, direct marketing and for market and opinion surveys.

  (6) Content of the register

  The Register includes the following information of the User:

  Basic contact information

• first name(s) and last name

• official address

• email address

• telephone number

• date of birth

Professional Information

• education (possibly)

Other associated information

• chat discussions

• Requests and Issues

• Advertisement informations

• Other iformation the User provides elsewhere in the Service

• IP-address

• last four digits of Debit/Credit card

  (7) Regular Sources of Information

  Personal data is collected form the registered Users or other Users using the service. When user makes a registration, pays the membership plan, purchases advertisements or by other ways as the User uses the service.

  (8) Regular destinations and transfer of data

  The Registrar can disclose personal data and information according to the applicable legislation if required or demanded by the law.

  Registrar has responsibilities to disclose personal data and information from the register to third parties, such as partners or official governmental institutions.

  Personal Data will not be transferred outside European Union or outside Europe, or United States of America, if there is not a essential reason to do so, in order to organise the service safely or otherwise essential reason,unless specifically agreed upon the transfer with the data subject.

  In addition, the personal data will not be transferred outside RoundBuy if not necessity demands otherwise.

  (9) The principles for security of the data file and register

  The security of the data files complies with European Union legislation, and Finnish law. However, the register databases will be secured with technical measures and with information security systems.

  The personal data chosen to provide will be processed only by specified RoundBuy employees, or other third party entities with tight security control. Data access will be limited.

  Access to the electrical register is solely by persons who are required to know the personal data due to e.g. their work tasks (need-to-know principle).

  (10) Data Subjects’ Rights

  An individual being a data subject is entitled to have access to the registration data concerning him or her in the register and at any time and request that personal data be erased. Such individual shall make a request to this effect to the person in charge of RoundBuy’s register.

  Right to inspect: Rights to check what data is archived/retained. This has to be done in writing with signature included, and send to the appropriate personnel or team handling such requests.

  Right of prohibition: The data subject has right to deny the use of his/her personal data and transfer for direct advertisement, or direct marketing, or distance sales, or to market or opinion surveys by contacting the regisrar.

Right of correction: Registered user or service user has right to demand the correction of any incorrect information by contacting the registrar.

The Registrar has however Right for Compensation: The Registrar can demand appropriate fees and compensations for the personal data request by the data subject if the work required to do so should demand it. The compensation and fees shall be reasonable and in proportion to the required work. In addition if the registered user should demand more than once a year to check his personal data, fees and compensations can be charged.
