If you want to use additional services for a fee of €1, you can use additional features (Gold membership) e.g. better visibility and reduced prices for visibility (First on the list, and appear with red borders).

You can advertise the products or services that you offer to others or search for or leave an advertisement about the products and services that you would like to receive for yourself. All user activities must be based on the country's commercial laws, authorized products and services. You can look for a band buddy near you, a study or book circle, or you can search for hockey equipment or children's stuff from mom circles. The online service is not place for spreading of any ideologies, purporting hate crimes in any form, threatening, harassing, racism, as the previous and similar unacceptable, and will be directed to appropriate governmental officials. For this reason also any adult material is not presently available, and should not be advertised in any form.

It means that the RoundBuy© online service are not available for Russia, Ukraine or any other country on the prohibition list of European Union. We comply and follow EUs and USAs sanctions for third countries. Therefore the use of the online service is prohibited in those countries.

Normal everyday items can be sold on the RoundBuy© online service. Be aware that firearms, ammunition, chemicals, animals and foods require permission for sale, and appropriate government officials should be consulted to ascertain. These items cannot be sold at the online service presently.

We do our best to ensure that all the accepted advertisement are free of forbidden content, but should you encounter one, which you suspect might be such, please inform us about it, by clicking the Moderation button, or sending email and describing your suspicion. We will check it carefully, and should we find that the content reported is not forbidden, but acceptable content, we will allow it to remain, if not we will delete it from the online service, and inform the advertiser. We thank you for your attempt to make the Online service safer place for all of us. Please note the owner of the advertisement containing something forbidden, will not get any knowledge who made the moderation.

Should you suspect a fraud in any form, or you have provided some personal information by mistake which might be compromised, we recommend you to act swiftly. You should cancel your possible bank cards, close temporarily bank account, change password or username. You should also consider informing Police if necessary. All the necessary RoundBuy© online service User Account details should also be changed if needed. We also always suggest informing us so we can put on hold ,a member who is not following law and the rules of the online service.

(1) Advertisements with products that cannot be sold according to the legislation of your country, or which break RoundBuy© Terms of Use, such as weapons, explosives, certain dangerous chemicals etc. (2) Advertisement which break the rights of third entity, or trademark rights for a material e.g. wrongful usage of songs, videos, text or plagiarism. (3) Advertisements with forbidden or otherwise criminalised content e.g. criminalised actions, violence, explosive or such. (4) Advertisements or discussions with harassment, threatening, racism or some other content or exchange which is offensive, or abusive towards the party you are in connection with. (5) Anything which has to do with fraud or its attempt, or phising companies or private individuals.
